This site is where Mr. Scherer demonstrates why he is the best candidate for United States Congress.. We anticipate this site will be up until around election time when Mr. Scherer becomes the next 3rd District Congressman for the great state of Kansas. Although Mr. Scherer really is running for United States Congress for all Americans, not just Kansans or even narrowly, for the only the 3rd District. I want to explain this logic briefly. Take a congressman out of CA named Bob Filner. Now Mr. Filner will only communicate if you are from his congressional district. Yet, Mr. Filner chairs the Veterans Affairs Committe, a very important and powerful committee. Rhetorically, as Chair, is he only focused on the vets out in his congressional district? Of course not. Therefore, Bob Filner is absolutely wrong to only communicate with individuals that merely reside in his congressional district. Right, Bob?
Therefore, Mr. Scherer is running for United States Congress for all Americans. Hope you understand this point. I am runnng for United States Congress, not the United States Congress of the 3rd District of Kansas. The only distinction to be made is whom gets to vote for me. And naturally, that is the registered voters of the 3rd District. So, I have to do something to earn their vote to be their congressman. So, I will do so.
For example, Mr. Scherer has a real estate case currently docketed with the Kansas Court of Tax Appeals. There was some horrible legislation passed by the Kansas Legislature. This garbage legislation took away your rights to challenge real estate tax assessments in your local state district court. This legislation changed the Board of Tax Appeals to the Court of Tax Appeals. Now this evil legislation means if you want a de novo trial, you have to go to Topeka before their panel of judges. This is not a good thing.
Second, this created a fusion government where the Governor of Kansas has created a judicial branch that reports and has to do whatever the Governor wants on real estate taxes. This is unconstitutional, So, this demonstrates Scherer is fighting for all Kansas homeowers for their right to appeal real estate taxes in the community in the county in which they reside; before judges that live in that same community and county.
Mr. Scherer has been many things at both the national and state level for many. The media refuses to adequately protect your individual rights. So, Mr. Scherer is doing everything he can to fight for your rights. Regardless of compensation or whether he is elected to Congress or not.
Furthermore, a United States Congressman has to be accountable to the entire planet. So I am doing my best whenever I analyze a particular issue to do it globally clear to the local home of you, the voter. Hence, why I am the best candidate for United States Congress (at least in Kansas).
One of our goals is not to build a static boring web site; like most of the other politicians do writing as little as possible. Most politicians do whatever they can to avoid issues. I understand this kind of flawed thinking. For example, if I avoid an issue that is controversial, I cannot alienate you if you disagree with the consensus of the voters. If I did that, that would make me a coward and a yahoo politician. I assure you I am neither.
Most of these yahoo politicians intentionally remain as ambigous as possible avoiding any practical suggestions that are realistic. Most of these yahoos have very little depth on issues. And even more important than their failure to have that depth, having any real solutions to problems the voters expect to be resolved. We suggest you avoid most of their web sites, unless you like to read a bunch of political rhetoric that got us in this huge mess we have to deal with here in the United States of America.
What we need to do now is get rid of a bunch more of those yahoos in Washington that brought irresponsibilty and fiscal insanity to you for way too many years.
